Best for: When you're ready to hire a travel advisor and want to get started right away. • Select your date, complete a short intake form, and pay your starting concierge fee in one step • Once confirmed, you're an active client and planning begins • If your trip scope requires additional planning fees, those are confirmed before your trip deposit is collected - no surprises
Quick Assist
Best for: When you already know what you want and need one specific request handled correctly. • Single hotel or resort booking, cruise booking, transfers, VIP airport services, or a pre orpost-trip night stay • Flat fee, one clearly defined trip request. If your trip needs broader planning or destination guidance, Concierge Trip Design is the better fit.

Do I need to know exactly where I want to go before reaching out?
No. Some clients come with a clear destination in mind. Others come with a timeframe, a reason for traveling, or just the feeling that they want to go somewhere different. We help you figure it out from there.
What types of trips do you plan?
We focus on international travel across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and island destinations. That includes custom itineraries, extended travel, safaris and expedition travel, yacht charters, river cruises and boutique ocean cruises, milestone celebrations, major events, incentive travel, and destination weddings. If it’s international and you want it planned well, we can likely help.
Do you plan domestic travel?
Our focus is international travel. If you're planning a domestic trip,reach out and we'll let you know honestly whether it's something we can help with.
Do you charge a planning or concierge fee?
Yes. Our concierge fee reflects the time, expertise,and management involved in planning and coordinating your trip. We'll always explain what's included and how it works before moving forward.
Why should I work with a travel advisor instead of using AI or booking myself?
AI and online tools can generate ideas. What they can't do is verify what's genuinely worth it, manage logistics across multiple providers, or advocate for you when plans change. We bring experience, judgment, and professional relationships — not just information.
Will I still have input on my trip?
Absolutely. This is a collaborative process. We guide the planning, but your preferences, priorities, and comfort level drive the decisions.
Do you work with all budgets?
We work best with clients who value expertise, clear communication, and a collaborative planning process. During your discovery call, we'll talk through budget, scope, and the service that makes the most sense for your trip.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
You can start one of three ways: 1) If you book a Travel Discovery Call, you'll choose a time and complete a short form. We'll review your details before the call and recommend the best next step. 2) If you choose Concierge Trip Design, you'll select your date and time, complete a short intake form, and pay your starting concierge fee in one step. Planning begins once you're confirmed as an active client. 3) If you choose Quick Assist, you'll check out first and then complete a short request form so we can confirm the details and next steps. Planning begins after your starting service is confirmed.
When should I reach out to start planning?
As early as possible is always best, especially for international travel, peak seasons, or milestone trips. If your timeline is shorter, reach out anyway and we'll let you know what's realistic.
Is NuVibe a good fit if I’ve never worked with a travel advisor before?
Yes. Many of our clients come to us for their first advisor-planned trip. We keep the process clear, straightforward, and collaborative from start to finish.
