Step 1: LET'S CONNECT
To setup a call, you'll schedule your complimentary consultation and complete a travel inquiry form. We’ll meet face to face via video chat (or call, if necessary).
Our relationship begins after you sign our fee agreement and pay invoice.
Step 2: Itinerary Design
This is when we take all your must-have preferences, interests and nice to haves and leverage our trusted preferred relationships to ensure your vacation is crafted with all the special touches it deserves. We’ll present up to 3 recommendation for your review.
Step 3: Happy Travels
The wait is over and it’s time to experience your personally crafted adventure at last! You’re never alone while you’re off exploring. If you need to reach out, we’re here for you. Our service isn’t complete until you return home safe and sound. We look forward to hearing about your explorations and newly made memories.
Step 4: Welcome Home Follow-Up
Now that you’ve had the time of your life, we want to hear all about it – what did you love or what could’ve been better. Your feedback helps us provide quality service and itinerary planning for better travel experiences. This also helps us know you better, so we continue to recommend the best inspirations for your next adventure.
NuVibe Travel Experience Service Packages
All packages will receive the following services:
– Identify travel your travel style and custom itinerary design
– Private transfers and excursions
– Manage all travel logistics to reduce stress
– Secure all travel components with payments
– Facebook Group, Messenger, or WhatApp to manage communications
– Provide a group booking page to automate the reservation process
– Provide mobile travel itinerary with all reservation details and vouchers
– Per request, travel documents can be mailed

& Vow Renewals
Destination Weddings and Vow Renewals require time consuming coordination between destination vendors, travel suppliers, and your guest list. We handle the logistics, so you can focus on the occasion.

You’ve said your “I Dos,” and now it’s time to enjoy your first adventure together as a married couple. Your honeymoon is a time to reflect and prepare for the marriage journey ahead, and it’s an investment that will never be forgotten. Intimate Group Journeys
Intimate groups are the best way to reconnect with loved ones by spending quality time without distractions to enjoy important milestones, common hobbies, and interests and immerse in new cultures. Our groups start at 6 or more people with 3 or more rooms.
Investment starts at $750 to initiate planning and each guest must pay $200/pp.
Individual Adventures
If you’re traveling solo for some much-needed personal R&R, two friends wanting to getaway, or a household traveling to create lasting memories, we’ve got you covered.
