Booking Requirement

A pre-paid travel management fee, deposit, as indicated in your quote, along with a completed registration form is required for all new reservations with NuVibe Travel Experiences, LLC.

Method of Payment

We accept credit card payments only. Payments are received via an online credit card authorization form.  Once completed, that form will stay on file for the duration of the trip.

Late Payment Extension Fee

All final payment dates are clearly noted on the invoice and/or website of NuVibe Travel Experiences, LLC you have selected as well as listed on your statements. If you fail to make your final payment by the final payment date, your reservation will automatically cancel and all previous payments will be forfeited.

All late payment arrangements must renegotiated with the vendor and will be assessed a late fee of $50.  If you need to arrange a late payment, you must send your request by email (jackie@nuvibeluxetravel.com) and give us the date you will make your late payment. Rebooked itineraries are subject to substantial rate increases due to changes in air and room availabilities.  There is also a risk of the itinerary being sold-out.

Reservation Changes

All requests to make changes to a reservation must be made in writing and emailed to jackie@nuvibeluxetravel.com.  There is a $50/person fee to research and process any changes to your reservation after initial booking.  This fee is in addition to any supplier change fees that may be applicable, not limited to airline change/cancellation fees.  Examples of a change request that will incur a change fee include, but not limited to, the following requests: 1. Room type; 2. Hotel change; 3. Flight change; 4. Cabin change on airline (i.e moving from coach to another class of service); 5. Changing dates of travel; 6. Adding passengers to reservations; 7. Removing passengers from reservations.


All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to jackie@nuvibeluxetravel.com.  All cancellations will incur a fee of $50 per person. Your reservation will not be cancelled until your cancellation fee is processed. This fee is additional to any charges imposted by the vendor.

If a refund is due after a cancellation, please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your funds on the same form of payment processed.

For NuVibe Travel Experiences, LLC hosted trips and itineraries, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable without the purchase of travel insurance, less the cost of the travel insurance plan. 

If multiple people are on a reservation and one person needs to cancel, the trip may need to be rebooked and will be re-quoted at the current rate.  This may mean an increase in the rate for those that are remaining on the reservation.  It is the responsibility of the travelers within the same reservation to ensure payments are being made by all parties on the same reservation.

The best way to guard yourselves against any unforeseen circumstances is by purchasing travel insurance.

Special Needs

Any disability requiring special attention must be reported to NuVibe Travel Experiences, LLC at the time the reservation is made. NuVibe Travel Experiences, LLC will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of travelers, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. 

The Americans with Disabilities Act is only applicable within the United States and facilities for disabled individuals are limited outside its borders. Most transportation services, including the touring or ground transportation motor coach, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a vacation participant for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance and must assume full responsibility for their well-being. The passenger assumes the full risk of use and of any prohibitions imposed by vendors. Generally motorized scooters are not suitable on international tours.

Passport Requirements

All travelers’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the conclusion of your trip. You should apply and obtain a passport far in advance for any travel outside the United States.

Most airlines require us to submit your Passport information to them 90 days before travel. Please be sure your passport arrives before then if applying for a new one or getting a renewal. 

Cruises originating and concluding in a United States port of call does not require a passport.  However, passports will be required if emergency or voluntary air travel is required to return back to the United States from foreign waters.  When a passport is not obtained, you can travel with a certified birth certificate and government issued identification. Please note that a hospital record is not a birth certificate.

All documentation requirements for passport, visa, vaccination, or other travel requirements for the destinations of travel are the responsibility of the traveler. The traveler should review requirements well in advance of travel to ensure compliance. Passengers who do not meet these requirements will be denied boarding by cruise lines and airlines. NuVibe Travel Experiences, LLC is not responsible for providing documentation and vaccination information.

Other Terms

NuVibe Travel Experiences, LLCs is not responsible for time changes made by the airlines, railways, and bus companies. Flight time, seat assignments are solely at the discretion of the airlines. Hotel room location is also the sole discretion of the hotel. Requests for bedding type, floor can be made but are not guaranteed.

Baggage fees of the airlines are not included in our prices. If you decide to check baggage you must pay this fee directly to the airline.

The carriers, accommodations and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees of NuVibe Travel Experiences, LLCs.

NuVibe Travel Experiences, LLC assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity by reason of (1) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of its suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated, or used by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of NuVibe Travel Experiences, LLC, or (5) acts of God.

The deposit of your incoming trip is an affirmation that you are agreeing to NuVibe Travel Experiences, LLC’s Terms and Conditions.

Our Pricing Model

Our agency provides pricing for premium to high-end vacation experiences. We do not reduce our prices or compromise our standards to compete with other agencies. We are a full-service travel company who believes in quality over quantity. We design memorable travel experiences and partner with reputable travel suppliers, which is presented in the itinerary designed and our pricing model supports this relationship. Each proposal will include our agency’s travel management fee and will be added and collected with your deposit.
