Choose Concierge Trip Design if you’re ready to hire a travel advisor and want to get started immediately. Choose Quick Assist if you already know what you want booked and only need one specific request handled.
Who does NuVibe work best with?
Our best clients value expertise, communicate clearly, and are ready to trust someone else with the planning. We work best when there’s one decision-maker or one designated point of contact for groups, a realistic budget in mind, and an openness to the process. We’re high-touch but not on-demand, meaning we manage everything carefully but we’re not available 24/7. If that’s how you prefer to work, we’ll get along well.
What does a typical trip budget look like?
Most individual and couple trips we plan range from $8,000 to $50,000. Small group travel typically ranges from $30,000 to $120,000 depending on group size and destination. If your budget is outside that range, reach out anyway. We’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic and whether we’re the right fit.
What happens after I book?
Travel Discovery Call: You choose a time and complete a short form before the consultation. Concierge Trip Design: You select your date and time, complete a short inquiry form, and pay your starting concierge fee in one step. Planning begins once you’re confirmed. Quick Assist: You check out first through our booking page, then complete a short intake form so we can confirm your request and next steps.
Are your fees refundable?
No. Fees cover the time, expertise, and capacity reserved for your trip. For Concierge Trip Design, your starting fee of $750 is paid at booking. If your trip scope requires additional planning fees, those are confirmed with you before your trip deposit is collected. If you’re unsure which service fits, start with the discovery call before purchasing.
What if my trip is more complex than expected?
If your trip requires more planning than the starting fee covers, we’ll discuss the additional fee with you before your trip deposit is collected. You’ll always know the full cost of your planning services before any further payment is requested.
What if I change my mind after paying?
If you’re unsure which service is right, that’s exactly what the discovery call is for. Start there before committing to a paid service.
What if I already booked flights or a hotel?
Flights are usually fine. If you already booked a hotel, cruise, or package, we can step in only if what you booked aligns with the trip you want and the level of support you are requesting.
What if I booked something you would not recommend?
We will tell you. If the current booking limits the experience, we will recommend a better option. If you prefer to keep what you booked, we will confirm scope before we proceed. We do not take responsibility for bookings we did not make.
If my trip dates change or I postpone, what happens to my fee?
We can pause and restart when you are ready. Your fee remains on file for the original request. If your dates shift significantly or scope changes, an additional fee may apply before we resume.
How quickly will you respond after I submit my intake?
Most requests receive a reply within 1 to 2 business days.
Can I use Quick Assist for part of a trip?
Yes, when the request is specific. Examples include a hotel only booking, a cruise only booking, transfers, VIP airport services, or a pre night or post night stay. If your request expands beyond that, we will recommend Concierge Trip Design.
